MedCalc is a statistical software package for the biomedical sciences. It has a built-in spreadsheet for data entry and can import files in various formats (Excel, SPSS, CSV, ...).
MedCalc includes basic parametric and nonparametric statistical methods and diagrams such as descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Mann-Whitney test, Wilcoxon test, χ2 test, correlation, linear and non-linear regression, logistic regression, etc.
Survival analysis includes Cox regression (Proportional Hazards Model) and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.
Method evaluation and comparison methods include ROC curve analysis, the Bland-Altman plot, and the Deming and Passing Bablok regression.
The software also includes meta-analyzes and sample size calculations.
