Our training deepens the skills of the participants as successful project managers. Based on our Greenbelt training you will learn more extensive Six Sigma tools, for example in the areas of statistics, design of experiments (DoE) and statistical process control (SPC).
Our courses are based on short units (maximum of three days). The acquired knowledge can then be immediately applied in practice.
We also work with several market-leading companies in this field together (DGQ German Society for Quality and SAS Institute GmbH).
