Six Sigma Green belts can use the methods economically as well as in form and content. You are responsible for complex Six Sigma projects. You know a wide spectrum of valuable tools and methods to systematically improve processes. You are able to use such methods target oriented. Your competence and willingness to lead teams allow you to perform as the perfect partner within all Six Sigma strategies.

Green Belt

In this course you will extensively work with computers. You will need a spreadsheet software as well as a statistical application. Please ask us if you need help!

There are practical exercises for every single tools and tasks. Upgrading from this to become a Black Belt is easily possible.

All content is based on the “Body of Knowledge” by ASQ (American Society for Quality).

  • MEASURE Phase
    Process understanding and evaluation of capability
    • Process Mapping, flow diagrams and, cause & effect matrix
    • Process KPI’s and capability
    • Foundation of statistics and statistical software
    • Measurement system analysis (Gage R&R)
  • ANALYZE Phase
    Process analytics and determination of significant parameters
    • Ishikawa and FMEA
    • Discrete and continous distribution models

Six Sigma Green Belt Module 2 (5 days)
